One order desk for a brand selling on Shopify, Amazon and Instagram.
Orders arrive from four places, stock lives in a spreadsheet, and the owner reconciles it all after the shop closes. We would put every channel on one screen, with live stock and returns handled in the same place.

Each store bills on its own, transfers are agreed by phone, and expiry losses show up at year end. We would give the owner one live view, store-to-store transfers in two taps, and a reorder list every morning that staff approve rather than compile.

Picking runs on the memory of two senior staff, wrong dispatches come back at the distributor's cost, and sales cannot promise a delivery date. We would give every bin a label, every picker a phone, and every dispatch a check before it leaves.
