What this site knows about you.

Two cookies, no advertising

This site loads no advertising scripts, no social embeds and no tracking pixels, and it does not sell or share anything with an ad network. Fonts are self-hosted, so no font service sees your visit. The only cookies it sets are the two analytics cookies described next.

Pages come from Vercel, which hosts the site and, like any host, sees your IP address when it sends you a page. Every page and the contact form travel over an encrypted connection, and the site keeps no database of its own.

If you choose a language, or close the note that offers one, your browser keeps that choice in its local storage, as netogrit:lang, so the site does not ask again. It is not a cookie, and it never leaves your browser.

Analytics

One third-party script runs: Google Analytics 4. It sets two first-party cookies, _ga and _ga_*, which last up to two years and let it tell a returning visit from a new one. It records that a page was viewed, with the address, the page title, where you arrived from, and rough details like country, browser, device and screen size. On its own it also records when a visit starts and how long a page was in front of you. Google derives your approximate location from your IP address and then discards it; the address itself is not stored.

It also records a short list of named actions, so we can tell which pages do their job. This is the whole list, with what each one carries:

• pressing a button or link that opens our booking page for a call, and where on the page it was;
• pressing a button that leads to the contact form, and where on the page it was;
• clicking our email address or phone number, and the page it was on;
• opening a chat with us on WhatsApp, and where on the page the link was;
• starting the contact form, submitting it and whether it sent, with the topic you chose, the page that led you to the form and, if it failed, the error code;
• reading half or all of an essay or a case study, and which one;
• downloading the brochure, and where on the page the link was;
• copying a founder’s email address or phone number on the brochure page, and which of the two;
• following a link off the site, and the site it leads to;
• landing on a missing page, and the address you tried.

None of them carries your name, your email address, your phone number or your message. Google ties what one browser does together by a random number kept in the _ga cookie, so a visit can be followed from page to page, but nothing we send tells it who you are, and we read the reports as totals. We have set Google to keep this detail for fourteen months, the longest the free version allows, after which it is deleted; totals already counted in its standard reports, such as the visits to a page on a given day, are kept.

We have switched off Google Signals and ad personalisation for this property, so your visit is not joined to a signed-in Google account, is not used to build an advertising audience, and is not shared with Google's advertising products.

Analytics runs only on netogrit.com. Nothing is reported from local or preview builds, and on those the Google script is never loaded at all. If you would rather not be counted, any tracker blocker stops the script, or you can use Google's own opt-out; the site works exactly the same without it.

The contact form

The form on the contact page is handled by Formspree, a processor based in the United States. It receives what you fill in, which is your name, email, company, what you are looking at, your message and, if you give one, your phone number, and forwards it to us by email. We keep that message for as long as it takes to reply and to run any engagement that follows. Nothing is added to a marketing list.

To have a message deleted, email hello@netogrit.com from the address you used and we will remove it from our mailbox and from Formspree.

Client data

Anything shared under an NDA stays in your accounts and your repositories. We do not use client data to train models, ours or anyone else's.

Email, phone, WhatsApp and calls

If you email us, call us, message us on WhatsApp or book a call through Cal.com, those services hold your details under their own policies. We use them only to talk to you.

Your rights

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw consent for the contact form at any time. Most of the Act's duties take effect in May 2027; we honour these rights now, so write to us and we will do it. The purpose is the one stated on the form: to reply to you. Google processes the analytics data on its own servers, including in the United States, under the terms linked above; Formspree holds your message in the United States until we delete it. Once the Act's duties are in force, if you are not satisfied with our answer, you may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
