Your team is named in the contract on every engagement: nobody is substituted without your written consent, and nobody is billed who is not on the calls. If a piece of work needs a different kind of firm, we say so on the first call rather than staff around it. Principles

Six things every engagement runs on.

  1. Every engagement has two named owners: one accountable for what is built, one for whether it moves your numbers.
  2. Your team is named in the contract. Nobody joins or leaves it without your written consent.
  3. Everything we produce is in your own accounts from day one: the code, the data and the logins.
  4. A weekly written note: what was built, what was decided, and why. If it is not written down, it did not happen.
  5. The measure, the starting number and the running costs are deliverables, agreed before the build and reviewed with the work.
  6. The handover review is published to you whether or not we are hired again, and it names what we did not fix.
